Every stage of a student's journey at LIS is designed to build on the last, with qualified teachers, clear expectations, and a learning environment that challenges students to grow.
Pre-School · KG1 – KG3 
Early learning built on curiosity and confidence 
Young learners are introduced to structured learning through play, exploration, and guided activities that build the foundations for literacy, numeracy, and social development.
Elementary · Grades 1–5
Strong academic foundations, taught in English
Core subjects are delivered in English with a focus on reading, writing, mathematics, and science, alongside Arabic, Islamic Studies, and enrichment activities that develop creativity and teamwork.
Middle School · Grades 6–9 
Independence, critical thinking, and deeper understanding

How strong is the academic programme at LIS?
Our curriculum is delivered in English to an international standard, with a strong focus on STEM, literacy, and critical thinking. Our Science Fair sees students design and present original research projects. Technology Day has students building and demonstrating working robots. Our Science Competition recently recognised students Lara Mohamed and Rivana Sameh for outstanding achievement. Beyond STEM, our Boys' Football League champions were recognised for excellence and sportsmanship. These are not isolated events — they are evidence of a school that holds students to high standards across every area.
How do you keep students safe during the school day?
The safety of every student is non-negotiable at LIS. Our campus operates with monitored entry and exit, supervised transitions between classes, and a leadership team that is present and visible throughout the school day. Separate sections for boys and girls are maintained across all year groups, and our safeguarding policies are followed by every member of staff.
How will I stay informed about my child's progress?
We communicate proactively and consistently. Through WhatsApp, email, school portals, and direct parent meetings, you will always know how your child is doing — academically and personally. We respond quickly to parent concerns and our team is accessible without needing to navigate layers of administration.
